New "Ambassador" level in Global Masters Advocate Hub

Hi Community,

As you know we have a Global Masters program — InterSystems Data Platform Advocacy Hub. 

All Global Masters members (Advocates) can achieve various levels of advocacy which depends on contributions on Developer Community and activity in Global Masters. Every new level opens new types of challenges (tasks) and new types of rewards.

Recently we introduced a new level of advocacy with the name "Ambassador".  Ambassadors and VIPs will have unique privileges and opportunities. 

Now there are  6 Levels:

1. Insider (you're here after joining Global Masters)
2. Advocate
3. Specialist
4. Expert
5. Ambassador
6. VIP

A member advances to "Ambassador" level if gets any 4 of the following new badges:

Ambassador Level		Ambassador level requires any 4 of the badges from the following:  Recognizable Commenter   Recognizable Author   Unforgettable Post Silver Pull Request Contributor   iKnow Influencer DeepSee Influencer      HealthShare Influence InterSystems IRIS Influencer Silver Best Practices Author    Gold Open Exchange Developer Gold Popular  App badge    Inquisitive Member Influencer badge   Annual Achievements Badges Silver  Best-Selling Author Silver Expert   Silver Opinion Leader  Silver InterSystems Developer of the Year  Silver InterSystems Application of The Year

Now we developing new badges for the Ambassador level and updating the current series of badges.
