docker run iris ,the container log always show Starting InterSystems IRIS instance IRIS... and can not open web page

here is the command I run 

 

docker pull containers.intersystems.com/intersystems/iris-community:2024.1

docker run --name iris -d --publish 1972:1972 --publish 52773:52773 91b900c4baf5

I have tried many versions, but these problems always occur. I cannot open the 52337 web page and cannot connect to the iris database. When I enter the container and run the following command

So no listener on 52773:
Hard to guess the reasons, Docker may run out of resources.( memory ?)

In fact, the message.log I posted above contains the line Private webserver started on 52773. You can search for this line on the webpage with ctrl+f.The 52773 webpage cannot be opened.I have tried many versions of iris-community and they all have this problem. My docker version is 20.10.8. I don’t know if it has anything to do with this. I have tried for many days and still can’t solve this problem, which makes me very annoyed.

As you can see, the shutdown operation was performed on April 29,  Before shutdown, there was a conflict

[Utility.Event] SQL detected collation mismatch which can cause incorrect query results. Default process collation (5) is different from IRISTEMP database collation ()

I don’t know if this has anything to do with shutdown.

You run [IRIS for UNIX (Ubuntu Server LTS for x86-64 Containers) 2024.1 (Build 262U)

when 2024.1 was fresh I had problems because of a processor mismatch and no explicit message related. I bought a new processor to escape this trap.
you may try to check
containers.intersystems.com/intersystems/iris-community:2023.3
that didn't have that problem.

I tried many community versions 2024.1, 2023.3, 2023.1.1.380.0, 2022.2.0.368.0

The message.logs of these versions are almost the same. They are all: shutdown before I run the container, and then after starting the container, it gets stuck at [Utility.Event] Switching to default %SYS Namespace, with no following.

I downloaded the windows version of iris without using docker, and it runs very well on my computer, but my purpose is to run the docker community version of the container on linux.My linux version is centos7 and I don't know if this has any effect.

I checked many reference articles on how to start iris with docker. The authors can easily start the iris container and use it, but I always can't. This is strange and frustrating :(

I have encountered similar problems, but my server is a virtual machine created by VMware. Every time the virtual machine is suspended and restarted, it cannot access the corresponding webpage and needs to restart Docker to solve the problem. In addition, during the process of searching for solutions, I found many similar issues, such as mismatches between the Linux kernel and Docker versions, or network configuration and firewall issues. If you are unable to access other containers after they have successfully started, you can consider the above issues.
