CCR Table Can Now Be Filtered by Multiple Conditions

Now users can filter the CCR table by multiple conditions for the CCR tables displayed on the home page and the CCR tab of the System Details page.

Previously users were only able to filter the rows by one condition at a time. This made it cumbersome for users to quickly find CCRs that they knew met multiple conditions, as they would have to choose the condition that would produce the least number of results for them to then manually filter through.

An example of filtering by multiple conditions that users can now do would be: show me all CCRs in the “CCR” system, that are in the “Closed” state, that were modified sometime in "2010", and have "Ben Spead" listed as the current owner.

This change also allows users to save their filter preferences on the home page so they will no longer have to manually re-apply them each time they reload the page.

Steps to apply filters, save filters, and clear filters are described below.

How to Filter the CCR Table by Multiple Conditions:

  1. Click the filter icon in the CCR table header
  2. Input the desired conditions that should be met into the form fields
  3. Click “Apply”
  4. See that the table updates to only display rows that match the given conditions and filter bubbles appear in the table header for each filter applied

How to Save Table Filters:

  1. Apply your desired table filters
  2. Click the “Save Filter and Pagination Options” button in the table header
  3. Notice that next time you reload the CCR home page, your table filter preferences are automatically applied. These saved preferences are tied to your user so if you visit the CCR home page in another web browser, your saved preferences will also be applied there.
  4. If you have saved table filter preferences but want to change them, simply click the filter icon, specify new filters or clear the filters you no longer want, click “Apply”, verify that the table updates to show you the new desired view, then click “Save Filters and Pagination Options”

How to Remove Table Filters:

  1. To remove a single table filter, click the x-icon on the corresponding filter bubble displayed in table header and see that the filter bubble disappears, and the rows displayed in the table update accordingly
  2. To remove all table filters, click the filter icon, click “Clear All Filters”, see that all the filter form fields are cleared, and click “Apply”. Now all of the table filters have been removed, the filter bubbles disappear, and the table rows show all CCRs returned for the current search.
