Amazon S3 Bucket - How to add a Tag to an S3 object?

I am leveraging the cloud storage adaptor to upload objects to an S3 bucket. I now need to add Tags to the object, but I don't see any mechanism within IRIS to allow adding of Tags.

Is that functionality currently available?

I recommend using embedded python and boto3.
