Not sure if it is worth listing or not, but here is an *ancient* open source app written in Caché which may still be interesting to some people:

SourceForge link does not work directly from here, but works fine from the main http://onforme.sourceforge.net/ link (odd since they are the same).
Benjamin's link reads

but points to

Looks like there is some error with autodetecting links in a post here, just fixed it with manually marking correctly as a link in his comment.
