I normally use  $CHAR(10), this function represent the ascii character you need

The "set ^ISCSOAP("Log") = io" is to configure the global. 

I normally use this one:

set ^ISCSOAP("LogFile") = "path/logs/name_log.txt"

Is the way to read it. Write it in a file and then go to that paht and read it.
