Building Smart Discharge Navigator was an incredible learning experience. The challenge of implementing Task #9 - Hospital Readmission Risk Workbench - pushed me to explore FHIR SQL Builder, IRIS for Health, and AI agent architecture in ways I had not done before. The moderator review process, though demanding, made the application genuinely better.  A special thank you to @Dmitrij Vladimirov for the thorough and professional application review, the feedback through each iteration genuinely made the application better and stronger. Thank you also to @Iryna Mologa for featuring the demo video on the InterSystems Developers YouTube channel and to Laura Redondo Catalán for the Spanish translation of my article — those gestures of support meant more than I can express.

Congratulations to @Sean Connelly and @Muhammad Waseem on well-deserved top places, and to all 18 participants for the quality and creativity of their submissions. This was a strong field.

I look forward to the next contest and to continuing to build on the InterSystems platform.
