Our hospital is using Google g suite products. The biggest demand is to retrieve/monitor/transform/send data to various users and application. HealthShare and Ensemble need prebuilt adapter to use as service and operation.

You will need the Microsoft DHTML Editing Component at a minimum. If security settings are fine then do following.
1. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=8956
2. Retype password in TrakCare Toolbox --> Configuration Manager --> (Layout Manager Password).
I had similiar issue.
