Every time the virtual machine is suspended and restarted, it cannot access the corresponding webpage and needs to restart Docker to solve the problem. In addition, during the process of searching for solutions, I found many similar issues, such as mismatches between the Linux kernel and Docker versions, or network configuration and firewall issues. If you are unable to access other containers after they have successfully started, you can consider the above issues.
