I have Implimented all the thing as you mention below but still i getting error in postman (401 Unauthorized)

And When I get token from above detail. I use this to get FHIRResource (https://[HostName]/csp/healthshare/fhirserver/fhir/r4/Patient?access_token= ) like this but I get 401 error
