New AI Agent to Assist Users of CCR!
We are very excited to launch a new AI powered CCR feature which should help our users save time and prevent calls to Support. Today we are introducing the new CCR Transport Log Analyst (or CTLA) AI-Generated summary. The goal of CTLA is to provide an analysis of errors that have occurred in the Transport Log for a specific CCR, and advise the user as to what steps could be taken to correct the situation, as well as what might have been done to prevent it in the first place. When there is an issue with integrating or deploying a CCR, all of the details are captured in the Transport Log. In the past the logs could be challenging to decipher and CTLA helps to turn these logs into usable action. With CTLA there is now a built translation to assist the user in understanding the error that they see in the log.
Behind the scenes, CTLA is an AI Agent which was developed by the CCR dev team on Plaza which is our internal AI fabric powered by IRIS. This agent has been taught about a variety of commonly occurring errors so it can identify variants of those errors and provide helpful information back to the user. The generated output of CTLA is automatically displayed at the top of the Transport Log page when a user navigates there from their CCR. Users should feel free to expand that output to read it in its entirety. At the bottom of the generated content pane there are feedback buttons, and we would very much appreciate it if users would use these buttons to let them know whether or not the generated information was accurate and/or helpful to them. All feedback from CTLA will be taken very seriously and used to improve future versions of this tool.
During our February internal InterSystems Hackathon, we built CTLA and deployed the first version into production in 14 hours! (highlighting the strength of leveraging IRIS Interop as your AI integration platform) We have been improving CTLA via internal trials since then and we can't wait for our external customers to start using it. Try it out and let us know what you think!
(ASIDE - If you are attending READY 2026, please make sure to come to the CCR Users Group Breakfast on Wednesday, April 29th, at 7:00am to see CTLA in action and to learn more about it. There are also sessions on Plaza if you’d like to see how we’re leveraging IRIS Interoperability to power applications with AI agents like CTLA).
