Encrypt database option is disabled while creating new database

#InterSystems IRIS for Health

Hi,

I want to activate encryption and I also generated encryption key but Encrypt database option is disabled. How to enabled this option?

The reason is, the database encryption is not activated - see the last line in your screenshot.

Go to MangementPortal, SystemAdministration --> Encryption. There you can create the encryption keys and activate the encryption.
