Relying on users to simply avoid entering sensitive information is an insufficient defense when even the inadvertent exposure of an API key or an environment variable becomes a permanent, unfixable security vulnerability without a purge mechanism.

From a regulatory standpoint, the absence of a deletion feature places the platform in direct conflict with modern data protection laws. Under the GDPR Right to Erasure and the California Delete Act, users have an enforceable legal right to withdraw their information and have it permanently removed from a company's records upon request.
