Connection to DB problem

Hello,

Could not connect to DB using IRIS studio, and I don`t know why, maybe someone can help.

Checked already user - it have %All rights

Also, tried using _SYSTEM user, but the same error is occured.

Does anyone have suggestions, I will appreciate your help.

Providing some screenshots regarding this problem.

Product version: IRIS 2024.1

Your screenshot says (last line,  "ДОСТУП ..." ), access denied.  So please check your connection details (hostname, port) and check the Windows firewall too. I assume, you want to connect to port 1972 or 5x77x, those ports are not open by default. For the next time, please translate that error messages, not everybody is fluent in russian.

PS. Being fluent in Russian won't help in this case, because the interface is in Ukrainian 😁

Just as an info, I can read cyrillic, I can talk serbian, consequently I understand a little bit (the emphasis is on little) Russian, and Ukrainian but I can't make the difference between the two. By the way, we try to solve problems and not language differences... 😉

Enable Audit and LoginFailure event in the Audit, reproduce the error and check the Audit Events. Hopefully you'll have LoginFailure there. Click on Details -- you should see the reason for Access denied
