Clinical Viewer/ Track Care, Layout changes logs.

At the top right corner in Clinical Viewer we have a wrench icon with which Administrator is able to change the layouts as and if needed.

Are there any logs created when anyone modifies the layout and save the layout.

This query will list changes to layouts:

SELECT UserDR->SSUSR_Initials,AuditDate, AuditTime, ReferencedClass FROM websys.log WHERE sourcetype='LAYOUT' AND type='Update'

This works in HealthShare 2021.1 -- it may also work in older versions but I haven't tested.

I'm not aware of any logs. By the way, this question is about Unified Care Record, not IRIS for Health.
