Clinical Viewer - Track care - Is it possibe to remove Observation Items

Inside Track Care Tools-> Code TableMap->Clinical and EMR->Observation Group->Selecting any Observation Group->Looking Observation Items inside it:-

I have a list of observation Items, I can add new to this list, but is there an option to remove any one from the list?

Hi Ishan,

As with most code tables in TrakCare, there is not an option to delete a row once entered. An observation item that is no longer required should be made inactive by adding an appropriate End Date to that entry.
