ASTM-XML | ASTM E1394 Specification anyone?

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone would know where I can get a copy of the ASTM E1394 specification for an ASTM-XML file based instrument to LIS interface I am writing?

The instrument vendor refers to ASTM 1394-97.
