Hi

I see AlertGroups dropdown shows emails under operations and processes.

Need help where I can find email accounts which shows under AlertGroups dropdown?

Email accounts displayed under the AlertGroups dropdown are configured in your InterSystems production settings. Specifically, valid email addresses are defined in the "Alert Notification Recipients" field within the "Alerting Control" group of production settings [1].

Additionally, within the configuration of the "EMailAlertOperation" operation, recipient and cc fields can be left blank or specific email addresses can be entered. Emails set here are sent along with those specified in the production-wide 'Alert Notification Recipients' list [1].
