<DIRECTORY> Error while connecting the studio

I got below error while connecting the IRIS studio. However, executes Write ##class(%File).DirectoryExists("c:\intersystems\irishealthcomm\mgr\hscustom")returns true and terminal and SMP works

As a first step, I would check file/directory owner + protection in WINDOWS related to Studio Windows user
< DIRECTORY> is not so specific on the reasons

I have full access and permissions for the directory and %All is my role. I'm able to connect to the %SYS and USER namespaces, but I'm unable to access the namespaces mapped the HS package( c:\intersystems\irishealthcomm\mgr\hscustom\) hscustom db.

What account is IRIS running under? Check Windows Task Manager | Details | User name column for the irisdb.exe task. It's that account's permissions that you're likely having issues with.
