Thanks for quick reply. Yes i have my full query in this format returning single entry. unfortunately,  still not setting the value in my designated  PV1.PriorPatientLocation.room

i have tried :target.PV1.PriorPatientLocation.room and :target.PriorPatientLocation.room  at message and segment level but no luck
