TrakCare Training is provided to TrakCare customers by our regional teams as part of our implementations. I am not sure if you are one of our existing TrakCare customers, but if you are feel free to contact the account manager or implementation/sales contact you might have at InterSystems for how you can learn about TrakCare.
We do have hundreds of other courses (non-TrakCare) at learning.intersystems.com including learning paths to get your started on IRIS, or our latest on Developing Gen AI applications that you can give a try.
