I just wanted to add one more suggestion: I didn’t see anything about reading the file and storing the data in a temporary array before processing.
I think this approach is important because if we directly read from the file and validate/insert records one by one, it could lead to issues when the validation and insertion process takes longer.

Instead, if we load all the data into memory first, we can validate the entire dataset. If all records pass validation, then we proceed with insertion.
This way, if 10 out of 100 records fail validation, we avoid partially inserting 90 records and then having to create a separate file for the remaining 10. Also, by creating separate methods for validation and insertion, we can reuse the logic for different scenarios, like validating only or validating and inserting during migrations.
