Looking at these new UIs from v2025.1.  

Was hoping for greater consideration of ergonomics and accessibility, especially light/dark color schemes and keyboard accessibility/navigation.  Alas, not yet.

New features in the Production Configuration are exciting - especially being able to open a router 's configuration details in a lower pane.

However, doing equivalent tasks in the rule editor and the DTL editor is harder than in their respective Zen counterparts.  The new DTL editor shows promise; the rule editor seems overly nerfed and restrictive.  It feels like these need more refinement before they could be used for every day development and production.  

The built in search/filters have promise but need improvement.  if the browser's search (CTRL-F) isn't going to work, it would be nice to make the results of the in-built search legible (the yellow is just too faint), and hook CTRL-F like Google Docs does, so it can be done quickly and easily.
