go to post Gary Holt · Jun 12, 2019 Just for information, no need to download zlib as the CSP gateway installs it. This issue was down to a dependency issue on windows 2012 as a result I had to install "MS VC++ 2013 redistributable". Thanks to Bernd Mueller as Intersystems wrc.
