Hi Ashok - how did you progress this? Have you had to create new DTLs using the extendable model ?

What if you're only using FHIR server as a facade and no data is stored in native FHIR format. So in that case you dont need the FHIR server to access the data, would it better to be use the approach in the example you've demonstrated than going with the overhead of a FHIR server and all the additional debugging issues etc?
