go to post Justin Millette · Jun 24 EndCompile looks like it would be super helpful! I landed on a different solution, but EndCompile looks like it would do exactly what I want. Also, thanks for noting QueueClass -- I was directly calling $SYSTEM.OBJ.Compile() which is not ideal :)
go to post Justin Millette · Jun 24 This is what I landed on. Since the "setup" part of the daemon only needs to run once at daemon startup, this solution doesn't pose any timing problems/long waits. Thanks!
go to post Justin Millette · May 16 This is an old thread, but it's high on the search results for "upgrade." A solution to this now exists, in the InterSystems Upgrade Impact Checklist. Simply select the product, current version, target version, and relevant features to your installation, and a custom checklist specific to your installation is generated. An example of this from the original question can be seen here, assuming the source version is 2021.1.0.
