Hi all,
Can you clear cache/cookies and try to access the PDF again? It's possible that you're accessing a previous version of the PDF before it was opened for viewing. Also, please be sure you're clicking the link on the course page instead of the direct link posted above. Please feel free to let me know if you're still having issues.
