Yes, Julio, well spotted, I was looking for this information in relation to HL7 operations. 

As for insight from my sales engineer, ours is one of the best at Intersystems, by far. However, the product suite is so large now, that there is only so much that any one person can know. My question here was prompted by his suggestion. 

I think he's made the right call on this occasion, as your answer and Victoria's was exactly what I was after.
