REST Documentation Confusion

I had attempted to create a REST Operation before but did not have success. As I am going through the Tutorials and Documentation everything references REST services, but I have a case where I want to create a REST Operation that makes Epic API calls against Interconnect. I have done SOAP operations before and we currently have one in our Production Namespace, but from what I understand SOAP has the wsdl which defines al the structures and etc, where REST does not.

Hello!

I would like to find all classes not up to date in a namespace programmatically.

With IRIS Studio, we can see the single "+", but I don't know how to do that with a script.

Set sql = "SELECT ID, Name FROM %Dictionary.ClassDefinition WHERE NOT ID %STARTSWITH ?"
Set params($Increment(params)) = "%"
Set tResult = ##class(%SQL.Statement).%ExecDirect(, sql, params...)

If (tResult.%SQLCODE'=0)&&(tResult.%SQLCODE'=100) Set sc = $$$ERROR($$$SQLError, tResult.%SQLCODE, tResult.%Message) Quit sc

While tResult.%Next() {
    // if class not up to date ??
}

We are writing a custom Business Operation to interact with a downstream SOAP web-service. Classes for the SOAP operation were originally generated using the SOAP Wizard, then modified. This is functioning OK, but we'd now like to set the ReplyCodeActions setting on the operation and are struggling to make it visible via the management portal. How can we achieve this?

The classes are structured like this:

Hi everyone,

today I'm asking your help with an issue related to the response messages sent from my production to a client software, such as Postman or SoapUI.

Issue

In the last few days I've been unable to view the responses received from my production in Postman, even if I was able to do so earlier. I'm sending the request to a remote server reachable via a Putty tunnel.

Postman Test

I'm currently testing this simple POST message:
