Where to get IRIS on MacOS

One of my students experiences a problem these last couple of days with downloading IRIS for MacOS. She gets this error message:

Where/how can she download it?

Please have your student reach out to the WRC so they can look into this issue. In all likelihood there is something specific to the student's account that needs to be corrected
As far as I know, only registered users can reach out to WRC. She's talking about the Community Edition or Try IRIS.
Community Edition users can still reach out to the WRC. If they explain the issue, then the WRC will look into the matter. This is an application that I own and I have already asked my team to start looking at what is going on with this users' account, but contacting the WRC is always advisable to issues can be investigated that are blocking people from getting our software.

Their account was flagged by our system when they were attempting to download our software.
We have resolved the issue; they will now be able to access and download the software.
