Looking for Support Developer with experience in Ensemble,CACHE, IRIS.  You will be responsible to assist in application software support and development including our Application Integration to various 3rd part systems.  Our software is in use in a number of NHS Trust and North American State Health Department.   We have a well established presence in the UK.  The North American market is relatively new and we are establishing a local technical support and development team.

These are major implementations which use the full capabilities of ENSEMBLE and CACHE.

Support, implement and develop our applications including pre-sales technical support and performance analysis.
Integrate solutions within the customer environment, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.

There is a strong emphasis on standards including HL7 v2.x, ASTM, SNOMED-CT and LOINC but also proprietary interfaces as and when required.

There is a requirement to assist customers with data extraction, reporting and analysis as well as develop internal reporting and analysis as part of the standard application.

Ability to work under minimum supervision but there is always access to internal senior experts when required.

The positions are open to anyone with 1 year or more experience.  For those with minimal experience, additional online training under direction will be provided.


Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Work Location: 

United Kingdom:      Winchester, Hampshire - remote work available to a suitable applicant

North America:         Any location subject to easy access to major airport hub and ability to travel asrequired.

Optional Skills :
Experience with interface engines like Ensemble,MUMPS & CACHE etc.
Experience in HL7 messaging standards
