SSL/TLS connection error in IS Cloud
Hi Guys,
I'm getting the below TLS error in SSL_connect(), SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, I've tried mulitple SSL/TLS configurations and still get the same error

Are there any external connections? Check the VPN tunnel to see if it might be blocking the traffic.
The client and server use different SSL protocols. You can try changing the 1.3 in the SSL configuration in iris to the highest 1.2.
