Part time IRIS consultant for brief setup and then hopefully full time job soon

I need someone to help me set up Community version of IRIS on an Amazon virtual server so that I can develop some versions of a highly secure database for review by investors. Any help would be appreciated. Some initial investment funds are available but so far this is a small project with big dreams.
