Open Exchange Tools you can't live without

Hi Everyone, 

As I'm sure most of you will be aware, we have an excellent resource available to developers in the Open Exchange, which is a place for Community Members to share open source resources, templates, tools and demos built with or for InterSystems technologies. This has been a massive success, with >1100 projects shared!

However, the growing size of the Open Exchange inevitably leads to some excellent resources being buried and lost in the sea of resources.  As such, developers who are new to InterSystems technology, as I was just a few months ago, might miss out on tools that could make their life a hell of a lot easier!

With this in mind, I was hoping to create a list of some of the community's favourite tools on the Open Exchange. So what tools do you use that you think everyone should know about and what gems might new InterSystems developers miss? 

I'll start with some basics: 

- InterSystems Package Manager (IPM)  for downloading other packages

- csvgen for easy CSV parsing

- JSONTraceViewer to view interop message content in JSON Format
