Meet Yuxiang Niu - New Developer Community Moderator!

@Yuxiang Niu is currently the clinical team leader of the Information Center at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University

Here is a brief introduction from @Yuxiang Niu:

I have nearly 10 years of experience in medical informatization. Now I lead a small team focused on the hospital information system (Hospital Information System, HIS) applied research and development based on the Ensemble database. Our team is familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and derived front-end languages. Our daily work mainly focuses on developing corresponding functions according to user needs, and constantly optimizing program functions based on clinical business difficulties and pain points. After two years of study and efforts, our team has completed a total of more than 1,000 new clinical functions and optimization requirements. With the development of our IT department, our development force will become stronger and stronger, which can better ensure the timely response to clinical needs, constantly optimize and improve system bugs, and improve clinical work efficiency. At the same time, I also served as a member of the emergency team, responsible for database operation and problem-solving, to ensure the troubleshooting in time.

The InterSystems data platform is an excellent integration platform that brings great convenience to our business with the help of this technology. I also hope that such excellent technology can create value for more sibling units and partners. I also hope to communicate with others in the community and share some of my practical experience. At the same time, I also hope to use this platform to learn some excellent practices from you.
