The READY 2026 agenda is taking shape, and we're thrilled to give you a first look at what's in store.
This year's event runs April 27–30 at the Maryland Convention Center, and the session roster is packed — more than 80 sessions spread across four days, designed to assist you in whatever you need, whether you're deep in the code or shaping your organization's technology strategy.
The tracks cover a broad range of topics this year:
- AI & Agentic Systems: Multi-agent orchestration, production-ready RAG with IRIS Vector Search, agentic engineering live on stage, and AI-assisted decision intelligence
- Healthcare Interoperability: FHIR at petabyte scale, SMART v2, HealthShare and Health Gateway roadmaps, and real-world HIE stories
- Data Platforms: InterSystems IRIS roadmap, vector search performance, cloud-native deployments, and supply chain decision intelligence
- Security: Encryption in practice, cloud security, key management, and the full security roadmap
- Developer Tooling: VS Code migration from Studio, embedded Git, Package Manager, MCP servers, and the Developer Community ecosystem

On the keynote stage, we'll be hearing from Garry Kasparov on AI and human collaboration, Tobias Zwingmann on what it actually means to build profitable AI, and a full roster of InterSystems product and engineering leaders walking through what's new and what's next.
