Getting Error when activating Foundation Namespace(FHIR Server)

#InterSystems IRIS for Health #FHIR

Hi, 

Getting the following error when activating a foundation namespace(FHIR Server). Anyone had this issue before:

<THROW>zAddRecordToLogPersistence+7^HS.HC.Util.Installer.1 *%Exception.StatusException ERROR #5001: Attempt made to use $$$ActivationLog* macros before HSSYS exists

It looks like there is something wrong with an instance. And It would require some more details, such as the exact version, edition, and the way how it was installed. And just check it manually if HSSYS is present in the system, as well as HSLIB with databases, and all databases are accessible too.

I checked the system and HSSYS namespace was missing, I reinstalled it and it is working.
