Business Process Designer Error - You must specify a response message class in order to build call response actions.

I added a Response Message Class to a call in the Business Process Designer.

When i click on Response Actions or on Response Builder i get a message

"You must specify a response message class in order to add or edit response actions."

no matter which response message i choose i always get the above warning.

how do i fix this?

Thanks

Product version: IRIS 2019.1

Please verify that the class is present in the list by clicking select new class magnifier

Thanks

 I checked  before posting.

in the end seems like it was some glitch in the system.

I changed a different value in the GUI ,saved and then reverted and tried setting the above setting and works OK.

Had the same issue today in a class, both 2024.1 and 2023.1 versions or IRIS. Very strange, it does not always happen.

The problem with web applications is that sometimes the behaviour is a bit "stange", it's possible that the DTL page would be cached on explorer's memory and this makes it to work with errors.
