Unable to delete the production I have created
ERROR <Ens>ErrGeneral: Production is not fully stopped, cannot delete it. How do I fix this.

Stop the production before deleting it
I have stopped the production and tried to delete, but still getting the same error. The production status shows as suspended.
You may have messages that are still queued in an incomplete status.
Try Purge Management Data with these settings:
- Include Message Bodies: Yes
- Purge Only Complete Sessions: No
- Do Not Purge Most Recent Days: 0
Try killing from the operating system the process, check the process id that is being executed and kill it.
