Unable to create trial deployment on Health Connect Cloud
Earlier today I enrolled at Cloud Services Portal and clicked "Start trial" for the "Health Connect Cloud" service. Next step was "Create Deployment". The only deployment size offered was "Micro", so I picked that, completed the other required details and clicked "Create".
Response was:
I reported this using the "Submit Feedback" option on the dropdown from my username in the top right of Cloud Services Portal but haven't yet received a response. Hence this DC post, in case someone here can tell me what I'm doing wrong.
John - FYI ... you can reach out to Support to help with issues like this. Sounds to me like a bug that they we would want to jump on quickly. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!!
@John Murray - I was just informed that the cloud team is aware of the issue and they plan to push a fix this AM. No need to contact Support on this one :)

I tried again just now and hit the same problem. @Ben Spead do you know if it's supposed to have been fixed?

@John Murray - the fix did go out last week and was just re-tested this morning, so you must be hitting something different. Please click on "Submit Feedback" in the Cloud Portal and include the specific details of what you are seeing and Support will take a look at why your attempts are still failing and will work with you directly.
They got back to me. Clearing browser cookies from isccloud.io did the trick, after which I was offered "demo" rather than "micro".
