Where is PEX jar file can be found?

PEX Java classes are not in the maven public repository, so I need to download pex jar file. Where is PEX jar file can be found to download?

In Docker it's as easy as

ENV GWDIR /jgw
ENV ISC_PACKAGE_INSTALLDIR /usr/irissys
ENV ISC_JARDIR $ISC_PACKAGE_INSTALLDIR/dev/java/lib/JDK18

COPY --from=store/intersystems/iris-community:2020.2.0.211.0 \

It is a docker repo. It is possible create a maven repo to the community? It allows you create many kind of public repository types, not only maven. Do you have another excellent option, but this only to maven repo https://archiva.apache.org/
