Hi Lesley, The HMF course is entirely online and self-paced, so you can take it at any time that works best. The link might appear as a dead link if you're not signed in or your SSO doesn't have the necessary permissions to access TrakCare content. Access to the course is limited to folks who belong to a partner organization that either holds an active InterSystems EHR license or is a TrakCare Implementation partner actively involved in an EHR implementation.
If you believe you meet these criteria and should have access, please let me know and I’d be happy to look into it further for you!
