Instead of using google to search for vulnerable systems use https://www.shodan.io. I am not posting the exact search params here but with some research you will find them ( Also nice to check your own systems ).

From the developer point of view everyone should check the Top 10 security risks @ https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Category:OWASP_Top_Ten_Project

and know how to prevent such attacks 

Since Intersystems is not so common in the web like other tools ( i.e. nodejs , php, java ) its very likely that there are some unknown attack vectors outside,. Better be prepared
