Hi Prasanth,

https://docs.intersystems.com/irisforhealthlatest/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI... the documentation given the details how to apply api-key to the FHIR repository.

Set otherHeaders("X-API-Key") = "123"
Do clientObj.SetOtherRequestHeaders(.otherHeaders)
