Troubles restoring a backup

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to perform a full backup using DO ^BACKUP, but the database keeps skipping the restoration. Does anyone know what I could do to allow the restoration?

Device: /usr/OLD/BACKUP.cbk
This backup volume was created by:
   IRIS for UNIX (Red Hat Enterprise Linux for x86-64) 2021.1
The volume label contains:
   Volume number      1
   Volume backup      AUG 21 2023 06:45PM Full
   Previous backup
   Last FULL backup
   Description
   Buffer Count       0
Is this the backup you want to start restoring? Yes => Yes
The following directories will be restored:
/usr/lib/iris/mgr/ =>
The target database /usr/lib/iris/mgr/ has a block
     size of  which does not match the block size of the database
     in the backup (8192)
This database will be skipped
/usr/lib/iris/mgr/HSCUSTOM/ =>
The target database /usr/lib/iris/mgr/HSCUSTOM/ has a block
     size of  which does not match the block size of the database
     in the backup (8192)
This database will be skipped

It did this with all the namespaces of the database. I am installing in a version Iris for Health Community 2023.1.1.380.0 on Ubuntu Linux. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it :)

Product version: IRIS 2023.2

  1. SMP > System Operation > Databases shows the size o your DB   8192 is the default you have to match te blocksize of your backup source
  2. /usr/lib/iris/mgr/ is IRISSYS or the HS equivalent a direct restore may destroy your running installation. restore it in a parallel DB and import only uncritical parts.
  3. in SMP > System Adnin > Config > Sys Config > Local DB  you can set the Blocksize of the DB before creation: Blocksize might be hardwired in Community Distribution
