Primary Purpose The role of the Senior Programmer is to lead the analysis, development, and support of software applications and integrations to meet the business and technical needs of the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM) and the 24/7 Veterinary Medical Centre’s Hospital Information System (VETNET).  Reporting to the College IT Manager, this role would be the lead resource regarding the support and uptime of the VETNET system and ultimately the programing team has the responsibility of its operations.  The Senior Programmer would also provide guidance and direction as we plan future development and support objectives.
