Is it possible to include the ≥ or ≤ in a ZEN select component? i.e. 

<select id="condition" label="Condition" valueList="&lt;,&gt;,=,≤,≥" displayList="&lt;,&gt;,=,≤,≥"/>

I have tried &ge; and &le; but these also do not work. If I inspect the options in the browser and edit with these characters they display correctly but just not when loaded in the zen page.

Hello ,

I want the datagrid to reflect values based on the value i select in the Combobox. How to pass value from the combobox to the

altJSONSQLProvider parameter and reload the datagrid ?

My combobox defines below method on change.

Bootstrap Tables & CSP

Hello All,

We need to develop a small csp application which shows data in simple paginated / searchable table for business users.

It is to be built on an old version of Cache and is not a big full fledged application but something temporary. We can't use Zen and using a combination of csp & Bootstrap as bootstrap makes the pages look beautiful with little effort.

I have built the table in boostrap and it works fine with pagination and search working perfectly

We have a simple persistent class in HealthShare which is used for storing Pathology test codes. Test codes in this lookup class is used for message filtering and applying additional logic when processing pathology results/orders.

Nested Tabs on ZEN component

Good morning, I am using a tableNavigatorBar on a tablepane. I want to execute the onselectrow method of the tablepane each time the tableNavigatorBar is used to proceed to a tablepane record. Has anyone connected these two component in this way before? Thank you for any hints, input and/or comments.

Looking at the documentation expalining the use of client side menus, including the drop down menu.

I was messing around trying to get the "Open", once clicked, to use javascript to open windows file explorer to open/pick a file.

I've got it to partially work... Using keystrokes Ctrl-O will open the file explorer yet clicking on the drop down's File/Open does nothing.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

NOTE: I had commented out the two &html lines in the Testing Method... and doing a Ctrl-O still work.

Runtime Expressions in XML

Hi.

I'm facing a problem when I try to use the Runtime Expression below inside the XData Contents:

<html>#($$$Text("Testing!"))#</html>

It compiles correctly, but when I open the page on the browser I get the message "Expression Error" instead of "Testing!".

How could I use the $$$Text macro with Runtime Expressions? Is there a way to make this?

Hi, I have a question about web applications.

First, I know that my ZEN application is using a web application called /OurAppName, but I honestly don't know why it's choosing that web application over the default of /csp/default-namespace, so if you can give me a hint as to how else the web application is set, please do let me know. I'd also love to see the web application's properties programmatically, if possible (such as the physical files path).

Our other web applications are called /OurAppName/NAMESPACE rather than /csp/namespace.

Annotating PDF files

I've been asked to annotate a PDF file (in Intersystems Cache). That is, take in an existing PDF (printable form with areas for people to write in) and use Cache to update it (automatically fill the fields in).

Does Zen have the ability to set a starting/initial PDF? I see the ability to define an XML format to write in, but that's not exactly what I need, because that will generate my "answers".

I'd like to overlay my "answers" on top of an original PDF. Do you know how to do that?

I have a <tablePane> element with OnCreateResultSet and OnExecuteResultSet methods; autoExecute is "false" but the OnCreateResultSet and OnExecuteResultSet methods are nevertheless called on page load.

I want the user to be able to press a button to submit the parameters, then have this button call tablePane.executeQuery() to execute the query.

autoExecute is simply igonored. We're on 2014.1.3 with plans to upgrade to 2016 soon.

Are there more settings I need to set? Or is this attribute simply ignored?

I have this local, containing a list of books of arbitrary length:

set books(2, "author") = "Bob"

And I want to generate this PDF (there could be more than two tables), each book is a separate table:

The header is always the same (Author, Title, Page) but the number of tables would be different.

Hello,

I'm using ZEN report to generate a PDF file out a table.

Although, I need to display data from two tables splitted into two different namespaces.

So, I created a process that fetches all the data I need and then calls the PDF class and generates the stream out of it.

My question is, once I've got my list of objects. How can I transform it into a ResultSet, in order to display in the report ?

Hello,

I need to create a dialogbox on my zenpage to confirm a Delete operation.

I tried using below code on in a my client side method but its creating a blank dialog box.

zenLaunchPopupWindow('%ZEN.Dialog.confirmationDialog.cls','confirmationDialog','resizable,width=380,height=180');

Is there a way i can create a Dialog box with text "Do you want to delete" and two buttons "Yes" and "No" and store the response in the calling client/server method.

What is the correct way to specify rowspan and colspan in a ZEN PDF report using <Item> <Caption>

I am specifying rowspan in the <Caption> tag after the <Item> but it's not working.
