I'm hoping to get some feedback on the OAuth process flow for Payer-to-Payer authorization. It doesn't seem that "Authorization Code Flow" is needed as there will not be a need for a login. I am leaning towards recommending "Client Credentials Flow", but wanted to get some community feedback before making a decision. I prefer to follow what the standard will be if possible. What would you recommend? Thank you in advance for your input.

Does anybody know if it should be possible to install IRIS for Health on a MacBook with Apple M1 inside? The install distribution works on an Intel based MacBook but when I try on new MacBook (with Apple M1) I get the following response:

The installer can't find a platform in this distribution supported by your system.

You can easily install it in IRIS for Health using FHIR template:

NB! For now the IPM command mentioned above works for a namespace called FHIRSERVER only.

Is it possible to hide certain properties in a class from displaying in the BPL visual editor, if you want to prevent drag and drop from accessing them or otherwise controlling or restricting their behavior?

Virtual document messages, such as EnsLib.HL7.Message, have hidden fields, such as Source, that do not show, presumably since the field list is rebuilt from the document schema. Setting the flag Internal, or XMLPROJECTION = "NONE" doesn't do it. Trying to follow the Virtual Document precedent to rebuild or edit the field list seems like a heavy list.

Here are the requirements for implementing a new project using FHIR and JSON.

The FHIR JSON resource types - Patient, Encounter, etc. - need to be converted to HL7 messages using DTL.

Does the Version of the Web Gateway have to match the version of IRIS that is currently running? Or are they independent of each other since they are different components? I am looking to install the Web Gateway (non-PWS) as we move forward with securing our Management Portal and VS Code connections using TLS.

I would like to strip the , at the end of a string. I'm able to find the start of the string using ..StartsWith(String,",") but not able to strip the "," at the end of a string.

I've tried:

Str="Addr1,Addr2,"

Piece(Str,"",1,Length(Str)-1)

Piece(Str,"",1,Length(Str)-2)

Extract(Str, Length(Str)-1)

Extract(Str, Length(Str))

But nothing works as expected.

How do you tell the last date/time a LookupTable (LUT) was updated?

Looking at the DTL, we can pretty much understand what the provided mapping from FHIR to SDA3.

But, is there any Intersystems document, where the mapping To/From FHIR is documented, at least FHIR to SDA3 ?

We have a situation where we want to save the patient photo (or any other attachment) received via FHIR to a persistent property without decoding it. When it is sent out again using FHIR is is stored in the encoded format and need not be encoded. We do not need to decode it for our application. We always use it on another system that retrieves it or saves it via FHIR and therefore it is always received or sent embedded in JSON.

Business Operation - EnsLib.SQL.OutboundAdapter

the sending application requires a ACK wich is different than the ACK i choose from in the AckMode settings of the Business Service.

How do i create a custom ACK?
