Hello everyone!
I need to build something that will receive a REST request. As of now I have tried my luck with using an EnsLib.HTTP.InboundAdapter. But i am not so sure how I am supposed to configure it to be able to receive the REST request together with the JSON body.
I have specified the OnProcessInput in the adapter so that it receives a GlobalCharacterStream. However, I have not had any good luck finding out to actually make the request to the EnsLib.HTTP.InboundAdapter.

The 2023.1 Clinical Viewer appears to have data dependencies that need to be met in order for data to surface from the SDA to the chart. Examples:

1. Lab results need to have a collection date or they will not display.

2. Observations need to have their UoM and codes in the portal txt files in order to display.

Are all of these requirements documented?

I'm dealing with a situation that leaves in doubt what I understand about CACHE.WIJ (C:\Roche\CobasInfinity\HealthShare\mgr)..
Journal files store records already written to the base.. and CACHE.WIJ records not yet written to the base..
theoretically, the data contained in CACHE.WIJ is temporary... until the record is written to the base (consequently generating journal).

Whereas some of those systems can interoperate data in a proprietary format for FHIR and further market models, others cannot. In over a decade of using Ensemble/HealthShare, we have been able to use a single message type (doc type) for all HL7 ADT event types. We now have an application for which the HL7 segment sequence is different for A03s than it is for other ADT event types. The content of the segments is the same across event types; only the segment sequence differs. The data transformation has to do some custom logic, so we can't just use the "copy" variety of the transformation Create property.

Hi Community,

Please give me an example on how to configure email alerting based on the rules and send out emails accrordingly.

As a message comes into the business service component I want to check specific fields and if a field for example active = true i want to send it to a different email and if active = false I want to send it to a different email as well.

Guide me on how to accomplish this requirement and let me know if InterSystems uses a default SMTP server or I must have that server in place.

In previous articles we have seen how to configure and customize our EMPI, we have seen how we can include new patients in our system through HL7 messaging, but of course, not everything is HL7 v.2 in this life! How could we configure our EMPI instance to work with FHIR messaging?

Hello!

I'm currently trying to setup a SFTP Ensemble production to handle all of my SFTP transactions. It's been going well, but I'm currently running into an issue where it is saying it is unable to exchange encryption keys. Error Below:

Unable to exchange encryption keys [80101005] at Session.cpp:238,0' matched ReplyCodeAction 1 : 'E=R' resulting in Action code R

Any advice on getting around this would be appreciated.

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to prettify the JSON streams in the incoming HTTP messages so that they are more readable in Visual Trace?

The HTTP messages sent by many software aren't prettified and are displayed like this in the Visual Trace:

On the other hand, other software like Postman prettify the messages and they are displayed in this way:

If the system does not stop for 24 hours, old journal files will be deleted at 0:30 according to the "Journal file deletion settings".

A possible cause of journal files remaining that are older than the "Journal file deletion settings" is that there are transactions that remain open.

In that case, you will be able to delete the journal file by searching for processes executing transactions and finalizing the transactions.

I have been successfully able to transform hand-written medical test results documents to HL7 ORU_R01 v2.x, then to SDA, which will be trasformed to FHIR or C-CDA.

However, I have a category of documents which contains reference range in multiple date formats, which are measured for each gestation period.
For example, below is one of the documents.

HL7 field for base64 in orl

Hi everyone,

It could be great if some of you have had experience in hl7 v2 messages. The question is about FHIR to hl7 v2.5 conversion. I have to translate a binary resource, encoded in base64 into an orl_o22 message. Do you have advices? Which field could be used for that datatype?
I have found some implementation using nte segment but it is limited in characters.
