Hi

We have Edge Production where we uploading flat files clinical data, and during testing we do this for several rounds load data, test them and reload them. So everytime we have to generate differnet patient data or change MRNs etc. So request is is there a command to delete patient records that will remove from the tables, and delete reference in the registery as well.

Any guidance that you follow for testing backload data and delete loaded data, pls share

InterSystems has corrected a defect with Mirroring that can impact data integrity

The defect is present in all released versions Caché, Ensemble, and HealthShare beginning with 2015.2.0. It is present for all platforms and affects both failover and asynchronous mirroring configurations.

I have an incoming data partner who occasionally passes a non-ASCII character in some free text fields which is causing some downstream systems to be unable to accept the message. Ideally I'm looking for some way to just process the entire message as a data transformation applied in the business rule, as we already have a pre-processor transform to remove the PD1 segment.

I have a list of about 100 MPI IDs that I would like to run a report on. I want to list times that any data for these patients were accessed. Currently in "Managed Reports" we have a "Disclosure Report" which I think was a custom development effort, but it is per-patient.

I have a SQL query for the ATNA log but I'm not confident in its accuracy, so I thought I'd reach out and see how other Information Exchange's might get this data.

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any experience / examples of converting an .rtf file into an HL7 message (ORU^R01). My example is a histology report which is placed on a server to pick up and then convert if possible for downstream systems who receive HL7.

Struggling to find any sort of examples or even whether its feasible at this stage - there are certainly better knowledged people on here than me so thought id ask.

The ":" is set to extract everything after this

Is there any facility in Health Connect to notify us before a SSL/TLS security certificate expires?

I'd be interested in how other teams handle this as we are using TLS/SSL a lot more to integrate with external services.

They are designated as INFORMATION.FPL.Record and INFORMATION.FPL.Header

Upon creating namespace I selected same database for both Globals and Routines. How can I separate both the databases. Please note that I already have data and code saved in database.
